Once again, a big thank you to the 2006 Conference Committee for taking our Annual Leadership Development Conference to new heights. Congratulations to Genny Maiden, Lori Wolner, Inga Humphrey and the entire Conference Committee for the teamwork, creativity and commitment that resulted in such success.
For our organization, the WFF Annual Leadership Development Conference signals the end of one year and the beginning of a new one. As the new 2006-2007 WFF Chair, it is my personal mission that in this year all members -- old, new, men, women, emerging and executive -- will see the WFF as a powerful organization that exists to help you reach your ultimate point on your personal roadmap. more

The Path to Leadership: Diversity and Inclusion
For the past several years, the WFF and MFHA, the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, have worked together to identify and address the needs of multicultural women in the foodservice industry. Our goal is to provide a venue for our multicultural members and to have more meaningful connections with other multicultural women in our industry. WFF has had an Inclusion Committee for several years to help our organization address the needs of all women within the industry, led by Terrian Barnes, Global Diversity Officer, for YUM! Brands.
